Conference Highlights 
The third edition of the ICT-BPO International Conference will be held at the InterContinental Mauritius Resort, Balaclava on 06th December 2013. 
Objective of the Conference
To provide a platform for harnessing ICT/BPO induced development strategies through dialogue, research and learning, sharing of best international practice and valuable insights, partnership building and networking with an international audience.
The thematic for this year’s edition will evolve around developing strategy for the export of ICT-BPO services and solutions to Africa and countries in the region for furthering the development of the ICT sector to the next stage of growth.
 Participants will have the opportunity to engage in high-level dialogue and experts insights on ICT opportunities and challenges. The role of policy makers will also be reviewed in terms of enabling the Information and Communication Technologies sector to upgrade towards becoming the main contributor to GDP growth. 
Youth Engagement Summit (YES)
The ICT-BPO International Conferences will be preceded by the Youth Engagement Summit (YES) on 04 and 05 December 2013. The YES Africa whose objective is to place youth at the centre of Africa’s ICT Development Agenda, is an initiative of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology of Mauritius and is being organized in collaboration with Extensia Ltd.
